Solera Increases Dividend By 20%

Solera Holdings [[SLH]] announced today that the company will increase their quarterly dividend by 20% to $.30 per share.


Following the dividend increase, SLH shares will yield 0.8% based on today’s closing price.

Solera shares have gained 2.7% this year and have outperformed the 4% decline in the S&P 500 index.


The dividend will be payable on September 22, 2010 to shareholders of record as of September 9, 2010.
