Valero Energy Announces Quarterly Dividend

Valero Energy (VLO: 16.99 +0.53%) announced yesterday that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $.15 per share.

 

Valero Energy’s current dividend yield now stands at 3.3%.

 

The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2009 to shareholders of record as of August 12, 2009.

 

The stock closed today down 0.2% at $18.00. Since the beginning of 2009, Valero’s shares have declined nearly 17%.
