Honeywell Declares Quarterly Dividend

Honeywell (HON: 43.50 +1.97%) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $.3025 per share.

 

Honeywell’s current dividend yield now stands at 3.5%.

 

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2009 to shareholders of record as of August 20, 2009.

 

The stock closed today up 0.6% at $34.70. Since the beginning of 2009, Honeywell’s shares have gained nearly 6% which is slightly better than the 4.5% gain in the Dow Jones industrial index.
